Kat started Foxbox after her son, Cypress, left the Earth in May of 2020. She lived with him for almost a year in the hospital during his cancer treatments. While living in the hospital during their long stays, Kat realized there was a huge need for infant and caregiver-specific support.
Professionally, she’s a creative director and strategist who loves helping early-stage companies tell their stories.
Kathy is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner committed to helping make every day the best day for babies and their families. Her clinical experience is in pediatric oncology and palliative care.
Kathy genuinely loves working with infants, children, adolescents and their families. She is grateful for the many moments of grace, sadness, peace, laughter and joy she has shared with them.

Alanna is the founder of Sproutable. Sproutable helps parents and caregivers grow remarkable kids through online coaching and video content.
Previously, Alanna was the Outreach Lead for a Quality Rating Improvement System for childcare providers in Washington state and a Project Manager at Public Health Seattle & King County.
